Last updated 22 August 2026
This policy covers the game Tiny Links (com.dg.golf) on Android and iOS.
Summary
Tiny Links does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It has no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no accounts, no purchases, and makes no network requests of any kind. The game works entirely offline.
Who is responsible
Tiny Links is developed and published by droidgnome.

What the game stores on your device
Tiny Links saves your round history — course seeds, scores, stroke counts, and recorded swings for the ghost replay — to the app’s private storage area on your device.
This data never leaves your device. It is not readable by other apps, it is not backed up to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.
None of it identifies you. There is no name, email, account, device identifier, or location in it.
What the game does not do
- No advertising and no ad networks
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No crash or performance reporting
- No accounts, sign-in, or leaderboards
- No in-app purchases
- No access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location
- No network requests — the game never contacts a server, ours or anyone’s
Sharing a challenge
Tiny Links lets you share a round for someone else to play against. There are two ways, and both are started by you:
Challenge QR code. The game draws a QR code on screen encoding the round
data as a tinylinks:// link. The code is generated on your device. Nothing is
uploaded, and no server is involved — another player scans it directly from your
screen.
Share sheet. Choosing to share a round opens your device’s standard share sheet with a short text line containing the challenge link. You pick where it goes. Once you send it, the app you chose — a messaging app, email client, or similar — handles that text under its own privacy policy, not this one. The shared link contains only round data: course seed, scores, and swing values.
App permissions
The Android build declares INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and WAKE_LOCK.
These come from the default manifest of the Defold game engine. Tiny Links does
not use the network permissions — it makes no connections — and WAKE_LOCK
only keeps the screen awake during play.
Children
Tiny Links contains no advertising, no purchases, no chat, and no data collection, and is suitable for all ages.
Google Play and the App Store
The store you installed from collects its own data about downloads and purchases under its own policy. That is outside our control and is not covered here. See Google’s and Apple’s privacy policies for what they collect.
